Hello, I am new and looking for a support group to help keep me on track with my weight loss and ww daily points. I researched everything online and did everything on my own. I have lost 30lbs in 4months! I am at my target weight and would like to maintain it but I am getting tired of some of the foods and looking for some new ideas and tips. Thank you and God Bless!

Hi I'm new also and looking for ways to keep me motivated. I've been on WW since late October and I'm down 34 pounds but have a long way to go. It helps that my husband is also on WW with me. We like to eat out and have been doing so on plan but we are looking to expand our safe menu items and locations. I found this site and I'm hoping this will help us plus provide me the motivation I'm looking for. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who can help!!

We eat out all the time too, only problem is my husband is into body building and eats everything in site! I have found that Cracker Barrel, Chili's, Applebees are my favorite places so far. Subway has some good options, but Chilli's has a complete list of all their foods and nutritional break down, all you have to do is ask for it when you get there. Mc Donalds has a great Southwest Grilled chicken salad!

I appreciate you writing back. We go to Chili's also but I always end up getting the same chicken dinner since it is on the WW point chart. That was why I researched different websites looking for point information. Some restaurants are not as good in posting the information. I agree about Subway. We went there this weekend since we were traveling and I was so proud that I could eat a sub and be legal!! thanks again and best of luck on your weight loss journey!! it is not easy but it is well worth the battle!!
