What are the healthiest subs at Subway?  What are the easiest ways to cut back on fat and carbs?

Subway is already healthier

Subway is already healthier than most fast food restaurants on the market to begin with
I wouldn't have a veggie sub, for example, because I like to keep a 'diet' I can actually stick with - a way of life
Subway, in my opinion, is a great alternative to McDonalds and Burger King, foods for when you are on the run

I would agree that the veggie sub would be the healthiest since it is free of any impurities found in lunch meat.

Healthiest Subs at Subway

A good rule at subway is to 1)no cheese 2)no mayo. Forgo the additional sauces, too - most are oil or mayo based. Stick with mustard and pile on the veggies. Go with the 6" whole grain bread choice as well.

You'll end up with a filling sandwich for about 5 points!

Lately I've been getting the new "light buffalo chicken sub" on wheat, no cheese, but you can have the light ranch and pile on the veggies. It's good when I'm craving hotwings and that buffalo sauce but for only 7 points (6 inch sandwich).

Honey Mustard Sauce

I love the Subway Oven Roasted Chicken (toasted) on whole wheat with the Fat Free Honey Mustard sauce. Unlike most Honey Mustards, it's not super sweet, and it's just really creamy for zero points, more like a mayo texture, and not too tangy. Also, the BIG chicken breast piece they put on the sandwich is much more filling than just lunch meat. Load it up with veggies and you are full for about 6 points (no cheese) or 7 points with cheese.

I started eating the tuna

I started eating the tuna subs i just wonder how healthy they are if they have mayo in the tuna but it's really tasty, we donate some to the addict rehab in once a month for a change when they have lunch.
